The Skinny Jeans Challenge  and Dud to Stud is a 12-week program designed to reshape the female body by building muscle, increasing metabolism, and learning to eat a clean, balanced, and a properly timed diet. It is possible to loose two jean sizes in 12 weeks!

This is NOT a diet!!! Diets don’t work and there is no magic pill in this 12 weeks just hard work and results!  You will not be asked to count calories but you will be asked to make small changes in your lifestyle and commit to reshaping your body.

Based on the book “The Female Body Breakthrough” by Rachel Cosgrove, the  Challenge includes all the essential elements necessary to radically reshape your body and give you that lean, fit, female body you’ve been seeking! With serious weight training, fat burning metabolic cardio training and a 90% compliant nutrition program.
